Kauai Stand Up Paddle Board Lessons

One of the newest hottest water sports! Located in sunny Poipu, on the south shore of Kauai.  Great location for Stand Up Paddle boarding!

Lessons include all equipment needed and will start on land to teach you the basics of proper paddling technique, stance & positioning on board and board maneuvering and control. This brief land demo is followed by an hour + on the water with instructor. Private or group lessons are available seven days a week.

Lesson Options

Group Lessons are 4 students maximum. The minimum age is 10 years and the maximum weight is 230 lbs.

This will be a 90-minute lesson including all equipment needed and will start on land to teach you the basics of proper paddling technique, stance & positioning on board and board maneuvering and control. This brief land demo is followed by an hour plus on the water with the instructor.

Semi Private Lesson will be 2 to 3 students maximum. The minimum age is 10 years and the maximum weight is 230 lbs.

Same 90-minute lesson as a group with fewer people. Great for the honeymooners!

Private Lessons will be one on one with your instructor. The minimum age is 10 years and the maximum weight is 230 lbs.

Great for the student that has paddled before on flat water and now wants to go on the ocean and learn more techniques. Also good for the individual that just wants someone on the water with them and needs some coaching.
