These are great questions. This tour is not strenuous however you do need to be in good physical condition. The water is only about 3ft deep, there is no one to catch you if you fall out, there are guides with you in the water. You can put your tube in next to hers and stay by her. A good rule of thumb for this tour is can you stay in a reclined position (like you are sitting in a recliner) for 45 minutes? Children as young as 5 and adults as old as 82 have been out on this tour, just be sure she is up for the adventure! Aloha Alina! These are great questions.
